Here's what you'll need to transform your kitchen into a Parisian bistro:

 For the Crepe:
  • Nuvojoy Low GI Pancake Premix (1 pack)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 400ml Water or Milk (Adjust for desired crepe thickness!)
  • Pinch of Salt

For the Delicious Duo:

  • Grated cheese
  • Egg
  • Ham slices
  • Fresh spinach

Instructions: 

  1. Combine the crepe ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Grab your non-stick pan and heat it on low heat. Add a touch of vegetable oil or butter.
  3. Once the pan is hot, pour enough batter to thinly coat the pan, creating a delicate crepe canvas.
  4. Cook until the surface is set and the bottom is golden brown. Then, carefully flip and cook for another minute or two.
  5. Top it with the grated cheese, and create a space in the middle to hold the egg.
  6. Arrange some ham slices around the edges of the crepe.
  7. Grab each side of the crepe and gently fold them towards the middle, forming a square.
  8. Transfer your folded crepe to a baking tray and pop it in a preheated oven at 170°C for 5-7 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked through.
  9. Top your creation with a handful of fresh spinach for a pop of colour and nutrients.
