Ingredients:

  • 150g Nuvojoy Madeleine Premix 
  • 3 Eggs (150g, room temperature)
  • 180g Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 210g Hazelnut Spread

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and hazelnut spread until well combined.
  3. Add in the premix and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Fill the mini madeleine moulds until they are 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the madeleines cool completely before removing them from the mould.
  7. Enjoy!
