Ingredients:

  • 150g Nuvojoy Madeleine Premix 
  • 3 Eggs (150g, room temperature)
  • 180g Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 210g Nutella
  • 1.4g Baking Powder 

Instructions:

  1.  Grab a mixing bowl and toss in the Madeleine premix, eggs, softened butter, and Nutella. 
  2. Blend everything together with a hand mixer or whisk until you have a smooth, velvety batter. 
  3. Now, grab your Madeleine mould. Spoon the batter in, filling each mould about 3/4 full. Leave a little room for Madeleine's to rise.
  4. Slide the mould into the preheated oven (170°C) for 8 minutes. Watch as they transform from golden batter to melt-in-your-mouth later. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick – it should come out clean.
  5. Take your little hazelnut madeleine out of the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. Resist the urge to dig in immediately (though we understand the struggle!). Once they're cool enough to handle, savour each bite!
