Low Glycemic Index Sweetener Blend
Our sweetener blend is made up of Inulin, Palatinose, Erythritol and Allulose. All these sweeteners are naturally occuring and diabetic friendly. Inulin is a prebiotic fibre that supports the gut bacteria, while palatinose provides slow release of energy to sustain your various activities. Erythritol does not cause tooth decay and allulose is a sweetener that is keto-friendly. The calculated Glycemic Index value is less than 10 with a sweetness of 50% of table sugar (sucrose). Use it in your coffee/tea, for baking etc.
