  • 30g water
  • 16g vegetable oil or butter (melted)
  • 4g vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Set aside half of your shredded cheese for later use.
  2. Combine all the remaining ingredients (including half the cheese) in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Fill your cupcake moulds or liners about 3/4 full with the batter.
